Beta Access Terms

HielJobs is in closed Beta — installs are gated by a one-time access code (see below). AI runs through your own API credentials (BYOK), or through the optional HielJobs Cloud AI beta allowance. All job data, drafts, and application history persist strictly in a local encrypted SQLite database.

Privacy & Security Perimeter

All job data, drafts, CVs, and application history live in a local, per-profile SQLite database — nothing is uploaded to a Seradyx server.
With your own API key (BYOK), AI requests go directly from your machine to your chosen provider — no proxy interception.
The optional HielJobs Cloud AI provider (beta, free allowance) is the one exception: those requests pass through the HielJobs server to reach the model. Prompts are forwarded, never stored or logged — only anonymous usage counters are kept.
Beta access is anonymous by design: gated by a one-time code tied to a random device identifier, never an account or email.
Anonymous usage telemetry (feature usage, crash type, session length) is strictly opt-in and off by default, disclosed in Settings.
Governed under the Seradyx Zero-Surveillance Pledge.
