Privacy Policy & Security Pledge

1. The Core Invariant: Zero Involuntary Data Ingestion
Seradyx exists specifically because cloud software has normalized constant surveillance of user behavior. Our engineering principle is simple: we cannot leak, sell, or subpoena data that we never receive.
Our applications do not embed third-party tracking SDKs (including Firebase Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, Sentry, Mixpanel, or Facebook Graph). When you launch a Seradyx binary, it connects to zero tracking endpoints.
2. Local Execution & Cryptographic Boundaries
- Radix Ledger: Financial transactions, balances, and account categorizations are stored in a local SQLite file encrypted with SQLCipher (AES-256-GCM). Encryption keys are derived via argon2id and never leave your hardware.
- Kite: Image analysis, perceptual hashing, and EXIF metadata stripping are executed in volatile memory and GPU shaders. Photos are never uploaded or synced to external servers.
- Vane: Developer clipboard buffers and scratchpads reside exclusively in RAM. Closing the application triggers an immediate memory zeroing sequence.
3. Web Distribution & Download Mirrors
When downloading installer packages directly from seradyx.tech or our storage distribution nodes, standard HTTP server logs record temporary access data (IP address, user-agent, file requested, and byte count) solely to prevent distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks and calculate bandwidth costs. These ephemeral logs are automatically rotated and purged every 14 days.
4. Vulnerability Disclosure & Direct Inquiries
If you discover an architectural flaw or unintended network traffic in any Seradyx binary, we encourage immediate responsible disclosure directly to our maintainers at [email protected] or [email protected].
