Question 1

Who is behind Seradyx?

Accepted Answer

Seradyx is a small independent software lab. We build our own products (Hiel Cowork, HielJobs, Hiel Compta, HaramBlur and more) and take on a limited number of client projects in the same areas.

Question 2

How do projects start?

Accepted Answer

Send the form on the service you need. We reply within two working days with questions or a call slot, then a written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts.

Question 3

How is pricing done?

Accepted Answer

Fixed price per project, agreed up front, split into milestones. Optional monthly care for servers and apps is billed separately and can be stopped anytime.

Question 4

Do you work with clients outside Morocco?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work remotely in English, French and Arabic, with clients across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Question 5

Who owns the result?

Accepted Answer

You do: source code, servers, accounts, keys and data. We hand over everything, documented, at the end.

Question 6

Can I try your apps before hiring you?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most Seradyx apps are free or have a public beta. Browse the catalog to see how we build.

Question 7

Which VPS provider should I pick?

Accepted Answer

For most projects in Europe and North Africa, OVH or Hetzner give the best price per GB of RAM. Tell us your budget and what you want to run, and we'll size it with you before you buy anything.

Question 8

What are Hermes Agent and OpenClaw?

Accepted Answer

Open-source AI agents you host yourself. They can chat with you on Telegram or WhatsApp, run tasks and remember context, using your own API keys or local models. On your own VPS, your conversations never sit on someone else's platform.

Question 9

Will I be able to manage the server myself afterwards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get admin access, a runbook written for your setup and a walkthrough call. Monthly care is optional.

Question 10

Superset or Metabase?

Accepted Answer

Metabase is the fastest for non-technical teams to explore data. Superset is stronger for large datasets, SQL-heavy analysts and highly custom charts. Many teams run both; we'll recommend one based on your users.

Question 11

Do we need a data warehouse?

Accepted Answer

Not always. If your data sits in one well-structured database, we can connect directly. As soon as you combine several sources, a small PostgreSQL warehouse saves a lot of pain.

Question 12

Is our data shared with anyone?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything runs on your server, and we work with read-only credentials wherever possible.

Question 13

Do you build for iOS too?

Accepted Answer

We focus on native Android. If you need both platforms, we can discuss a Kotlin Multiplatform approach that shares the core logic.

Question 14

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. The source code, signing keys and store listing are yours at the end of the project.

Question 15

Can the app work without internet?

Accepted Answer

That's our default. Data is stored on the device and synced when a connection is available.

Question 16

Is our data used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

We only use providers and settings that do not train on your data, or local models when the data must never leave your machines.

Question 17

What does it cost to run?

Accepted Answer

You pay the AI provider directly, usually a few dollars to a few hundred per month depending on volume. We set hard spending caps so there are no surprises.

Question 18

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Accepted Answer

Agents propose, people approve. Anything that sends, deletes or spends waits for a human click, and every action is logged.
