1. Honest Licensing & Perpetual Ownership
Seradyx software is licensed, not rented. For paid commercial releases, your license grant is perpetual for the major version purchased: you can run the binary indefinitely without forced subscriptions, telemetry check-ins, or remote kill switches.
2. Binary Integrity & Redistribution
You are welcome to mirror or archive Seradyx release packages for private backup purposes. Public mirrors, package managers (such as Homebrew Cask, Arch AUR, Winget, or Flathub), and distribution repositories may redistribute unmodified release binaries provided the official SHA-256 checksums and copyright notices remain intact.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
While our software is engineered to stringent standards and thoroughly tested against memory leaks and data corruption, all binaries and services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Seradyx be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our software.
